Chris Jarrold receives the Experimental Psychology Society’s Mid Career Award

Congratulations to Chris Jarrold who has recently been elected as the winner of the Experimental Psychology Society’s 14th Mid Career Award.
Prof. Chris Jarrold has recently been elected as the winner of the 14th Mid Career Award of the Experimental Psychology Society (EPS). The EPS is a UK-based learned society that supports experimental psychology, but which has members throughout the world. Its Mid Career Award is to given to ‘an experimental psychologist who is currently active in research, and has a distinguished research record over a substantial period’, with additional consideration given to an individual’s ‘breadth of research achievement, and contribution to the advancement of experimental psychology’.
Chris will now present an award lecture at one of the EPS’s Scientific Meetings in 2016, a version of which will subsequently be published in the Society’s journal, the Quarterly Journal of Experimental Psychology.
