The Telesafe study is looking to recruit up to 6 practices in the Bath, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire (BNSSG) ICB. If you are interested in taking part and meet the criteria below, please get in touch.

Criteria:

• Practice uses EMIS
• Practice currently routinely records telephone appointments
• Recruitment of a minimum of 2 Healthcare Professionals (please see Info for Healthcare Professionals page for further details) 

Full training in the study will be provided by the research team
