If you are registered at a participating practice and have recently had an eligibile telephone appointment, your practice might write to you to ask whether you woud like like to participate in the Telesafe Study. They will send you an information leaflet, a consent form and a questionnaire.  If you do not want to participate you do not need to do anything and the research team will not know who has been invited by the practice.
