An emergency is when you, or other people, are not safe and in need of immediate help.

We know that thinking about these sorts of experiences and behaviours can be difficult. You are not alone, and there are people ready to listen to you.

Listed below are national helplines and services that can provide support, and can signpost you to local services if you need one.

National helplines and services

National Domestic Abuse Helpline:
