We have completed our target of 40 interviews with women survivors of domestic violence and abuse.  We are now in the process of analysing the data in order to flag up the most important themes expressed by participants.  The impact of women's stories will promote better understanding of the many aspects of abuse and the kind of support that women ask for.  By contributing to www.healthtalk.org we hope to educate health and other professionals to support women to open up and get help sooner.
