On Wednesday 9 December 2020, the Bristol Poverty Institute held an online interdisciplinary seminar entitled Sustainable & Equitable Food Systems.

Featured speakers include:

  • Lydia Medland, (School of Sociology, Politics, and International Studies, Senior Research Associate in Food Systems)
  • Dr James Duminy, (School of Geographical Sciences, Lecturer in Human Geography)
  • Dr Lauren Blake, (Bristol Veterinary School, Research Associate in Human Geography)
  • Dr Jonathan Beacham, (School of Management, Senior Research Associate in Management)

This was followed by a facilitated discussion, chaired by Dr Lauren Winch, BPI Manager.

This seminar was part of the BPI’s interdisciplinary seminar series which focus on broad themes relevant to poverty research and which can be explored from a variety of different perspectives.
