- Dr Colin Nolden (Law, Vice Chancellor’s Fellow in Energy and Climate Governance)
- Dr Ed Atkins (Geographical Sciences, Lecturer in Geographical Sciences)
- Hannah Spungin (Bristol City Council, Programme Manager, Bristol City Council Energy Service)
This was followed by a facilitated discussion, chaired by Dr Lauren Winch, BPI Manager.
