In urology and not only in this speciality, we are all seeing many patients with Lower Urinary Tract Symptoms. It is a field where there are many “experts”. In spite of that, we still have a long journey till we will be able to really understand the diseases and our patients. Any new well designed study can provide benefits for a large number of patients.  With these in mind we were happy to be part of this potential practice changing trial.

We are happy to see that the team running the UPSTREAM trial is very professional and very effective. It makes the day to day operations much easier and they do take care of many issues that might arise. In this way they save the investigators time and energy. We are looking forward to see the results.
