Chinese (Singapore)
A Singapore Chinese version of the ICECAP-CPM has been developed by Mihir Gandhi, Felicia Ang Jia Ler, Chun Fan Lee, Foo Jie Yi, from Duke-NUS Medical School, Singapore. The translation was undertaken as a part of the Quality of Care in Patients with Advanced Illnesses (QCPAI) project. Work was funded by the Lien Centre for Palliative Care, Duke-NUS Medical School, Singapore.
Dutch
A Dutch translation of ICECAP-CPM has been developed by Ida Korfage, Eline Elsten, Berivan Yildiz and Agnes van der Heide from Erasmus University Medical Center, Rotterdam, The Netherlands.
