We're delighted to announce that Dr Dan Degerman will be joining the departmentt as a Leverhulme postdoctoral fellow for three years, starting on September 1.
Dan has been awarded a Leverhulme ECR fellowship to explore the emotional and political consequences of self-stigma. More broadly, his research interests lie at the intersection of the philosophy and history of psychiatry, emotions, and politics.
Having completed his PhD at Lancaster University in the summer of 2019, he is looking forward to joining the department in the autumn.
