Research interests
My main research interests are the mental health/resilience of young people and families and adverse childhood experiences. My current research is determining the efficacy of school based interventions in improving children and young people's mental health. I am also currently investigating the feasibility of delivering a resilience building programme to parents of secondary school children. I also investigate the effect of adverse childhood experiences on later adolescent behaviours and outcomes.
