Research interests
Research
My research focuses on the relationship between literature (especially poetry) and the visual arts during the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries. Poets of interest include Arthur Symons, Mina Loy, W. B. Yeats, Ford Madox Ford, Edward Storer, William Carlos Williams, T. E. Hulme, H. D., F. S. Flint, Marianne Moore, Yone Noguchi, Ezra Pound. I have also written about Elizabeth Bishop.
