Research interests
I am an early-career researcher who completed his PhD at Cardiff University and is currently a Teaching Associate at the University of Bristol Business School. My research specialism lies in Chinese HRM and employment relations, with a particular focus on expatriate management in Chinese high-tech multinational corporations. My work adopts a worker-centred perspective, exploring employment patterns, work-life integration challenges, and the broader social dynamics of production.
