Research interests
Ming Chen is a fully funded PhD student at the School of Education, University of Bristol. He obtained his MA in Digital Technologies, Communication, and Education from Manchester Institute of Education, The University of Manchester.
Ming's research interests include
- Learning sciences,
- Metaverse, AR, VR and generative AI in learning and teaching, and
- Technology-enhanced language learning.
His publications can be found at Google Scholar, ResearchGate and ORCID.
Ming is passionate in serving the field. He is now the reviewer of journals such as Journal of Compters in Education, The Asia-Pacific Education Researcher and so on. His review activities could be found at ORCID.
Ming co-chaired the Faculty of Social Sciences and Law PGR Annual Conference 2024 at the University of Bristol, and served as a committee member for the Cambridge China Education Forum 2024 and 2025 at the University of Cambridge.
