Biography
Kerry has over twenty five years' experience across higher education, blue chip and service industries. Kerry is customer focused and results driven with a proven track record in leadership and change management. Kerry has an enthusiastic and pro-active attitude for continuous improvement of people and processes and invests time building sustainable customer relationships, team engagement, people management and development in a safety, quality and educational environment.
From 2014-2023, Kerry led the development and delivery of the University's admissions strategy, determining the framework for an efficient, fair, transparent and customer-focused admissions service before taking up a new post at the University in IT Services.
As the Director of the Office of the CIO, Kerry leads the creation and development of the IT Governance & Compliance functions, and IT shared service function. These functions control and / or govern all aspects of the running of the IT department. The Office of the CIO holds IT relationships with Finance, Procurement, Risk, Audit, Health & Safety; overseeing & accountable for budgets, projects & initiatives across these areas. Kerry deputises for the Chief Information Officer.
