Research interests
My research interests include nineteenth-century poetry and art writing, Victorian aestheticism, William Morris, Walter Pater, Ruskinism, Elizabeth Barrett Browning, Vernon Lee, and the history of typography. My most recent research concerns the critical receptions of very long poems. I am currently working on a monograph titled The Aesthetic Poem to the Reader.
