Research interests
I completed my undergraduate degree in human nutrition and dietetics at Cardiff Metropolitan University in 2017. I am now based in the Exercise, Nutrition and Health Science centre at the University of Bristol, under the GW4 doctoral training partnership population health theme.
My research is focused on investigating the role dietary patterns play in the progression of type 2 diabetes.
