Research interests
Prof. Clark has published widely in the history, literature, and religion of Late Antiquity. A book on St Monica (OUP New York) is due out in 2014. Her principal work at the moment is a commentary on St. Augustine’s City of God, contracted with Oxford University Press. She sits on the editorial board of many series and the advisory council of many national and international organisations, and is a Fellow of the British Academy.
