- Hardware-in-the-Loop and real-time substructuring (hybrid dynamic) testing methods
- Aircraft generation and power management systems
- Hybrid automative vehicle traction and generation systems
- Efficient control of electric machines
- Distributed control methods, using industrial purpose built networks and standard ethernet.
