Research interests
I am a quantitative epidemiologist, with over 15 years experience of analysing observational datasets. I currently work in reproductive health and have set up and co-ordinate BRIST-IVF, a cohort of patients undergoing IVF treatment. I am also involved in analyses of data investigating the causes and consequences of adverse pregnancy outcomes and looking at the impact of assisted reproductive technologies on health outcomes.
I am interested in using causal analysis methods such as Mendelian randomisation and negative control analyses to strengthen causal inference. I am a member of the MRC Integrative Epidemiology Unit.
