Biography
I came to the University of Bristol in 2015 and joined PolicyBristol, a specialist knowledge exchange team working to enhance the contribution of research to policymaking.
Prior to joining PolicyBristol, I spent five and a half years at the Arts and Humanities Research Council, where I analysed the impact of AHRC funded research. During my time at the AHRC, I took a two-year secondment to the then Research Councils UK (RCUK)’s Strategy Unit, working within the International Policy team to develop funding collaborations and partnerships.
I am passionate about arts and humanities and the social sciences, and I am driven by a desire to communicate the importance of these disciplines and their role in society and the economy. In my role at PolicyBristol, I support academics to engage with policymakers and practitioners to harness the policy impact of their research.
