GW4 workshop on isoform-level psychiatric genomics
St Lukes Campus of Exeter University
Across GW4 there is growing interest in the use of long-read transcriptomics to predict the functional effects of genetic variation, particularly in psychiatric disorders. This workshop will bring together researchers working in this area to discuss methods, share resources, tackle challenges, show preliminary results, and set up new collaborations.
Please register for the workshop using this form. Funding covers travel and accommodation (night before) for those attending from outside of Exeter. Accommodation will be booked on your behalf if required. Please arrange your own travel and claim through expenses afterwards.
