| Areas of expertise | My research interests include: § Clinical, epidemiological and biological aspects of anxiety and affective disorders, with particular reference to the association of hypertension and cardiovascular disease with panic, anxiety and depression, which was the subject of my 2003 DM thesis. § Use of cardiovascular markers of autonomic nervous system dysfunction in population based studies of anxiety. § Drug side effects and toxicity in clinical psychiatry with emphasis on cytochrome P450 pharmacokinetic interactions. |
