The HRIC has assisted Redress, an international NGO which assists torture survivors to obtain justice and reparation, with research on the African Commission on Human and People’s Rights’ approach to human rights violations in Sudan. The HRIC is also continuing to work with Redress on research into reparation awards by the African human rights mechanisms.
