HRIC submitted an individual UPR Submission (PDF, 133kB) to the UN Human Rights Council with regard to Thailand, who will be subjected to the UPR review in October 2011. The submission relates to a number of issues related to the obligations of the country under the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR).
