SAFS Retired
From September 2019, there are now new tools for recording and viewing attendance:
- All standard teaching events using Qwickly in Blackboard
- Personal Tutoring using SITS eVision (Assessment & Progression tab)
- Reports are also available in SITS eVision:
- Overall attendance
- Assessment marks and attendance at teaching events
- Tutorial attendance
Further guidance is available for managing attendance recording at Teaching Events and Personal Tutorials
Also from September 2019, academic marks and feedback will be submitted in the Virtual Learning Environment, Blackboard
Students will be able to access marks, feedback and assessment information via the MyBristol Portal.
This will provide a standardised process for the grades journey across the University.
Marks will be transferred automatically from Blackboard to SITS eVision, reducing the risk of transcription errors.
Marks management by professional services staff and Academics is through SITS eVision (Assessment & Progression tab).
Reports can also be found in SITS eVision and include:
- Assessments and unit marks
- Late/no submission and due dates
- Assessment marks and attendance at teaching events
Guidance is available for both Administrators and Academics
