Bristol Population Health Science Institute Annual Symposium & Public Lecture
What makes Bristol Population Health Science Institute special?
Contributors to the success of Bristol PHSI are the people and the research culture that we have collectively nurtured over the last two decades or more. This year’s annual symposium aims to celebrate not only our outstanding scientific activities but will also turn the spotlight on the people within our organisation and their career journeys. We have assembled a multi-disciplinary programme of short talks spanning scientific and career highlights from those starting out on their academic career to those recently awarded the distinction of being elected a Fellow of the world’s most eminent scientific academy, the Royal Society.
Please make every effort to come along to hear that every scientific career is unique and to celebrate the diversity of Bristol PHSI.
The Symposium will take place at Engineer’s House and will culminate in a Public Lecture, delivered this year by Camilla Stoltenberg, Director General of the Norwegian Institute of Public Health, followed by a drinks reception.
