More than anything the course built my confidence, it enabled me to share my ideas, and test them. I'm now running my own industrial design startup! Never have I ever met such an inspiring bunch of individuals, both the teaching staff and the rest of my class! The networks and serendipity created by this course is magic.
Studying innovation at Bristol was the best choice. The skills and knowledge that I have picked up over the course of my degree have opened up so many doors. I have just started working as a graduate technology analyst at Deutsche Bank, a role that I would not have been offered if I hadn't been able to prove an aptitude for interdisciplinary team work, agile working and project management – three things that the innovation course equipped me with.
The Innovation programmes at Bristol enabled me to combine my passion for technology with a robust framework for turning my ideas into reality. My final year group project was strong enough to spin out into a tech startup and that's what I'm doing now.
