Christiane is an MSc student in Public Health at Bristol whose area of research focusses on the interface between health and the environment. She explored this during her undergraduate dissertation, where she used logistic regression analysis to investigate the association between atmospheric pollution and Alzheimer’s disease in the South West of England using data provided by the South West Dementia Brain Bank. Her work drew significant associations between particulate matter exposure and Alzheimer’s diagnosis.
