The Stonewall Diversity Champions programme is the leading employers’ programme for ensuring all LGBT+ staff are free to be themselves in the workplace.
As part of the University’s Stonewall Workplace Equality Index submission 2022, we are asking staff to complete a staff feedback questionnaire hosted by Stonewall. The survey is open to all staff, including non-LGBT+ staff. The information you provide is anonymous and completely confidential and gathered by Stonewall. Stonewall don’t report publicly or to the University on any responses that may be personally identifiable.
Stonewall Workplace Equality Index
Each year the University participates in the Stonewall Workplace Equality Index (WEI), a benchmarking tool which evaluates our initiatives and helps us better understand the challenges of creating an inclusive working environment for LGBT+ employees.
The Unviersity of Bristol will be submitting to the Stonewall Workplace Equality Index 2022, led by the LGBT+ Inclusivity Steering Group.
