LGBT+ Inclusivity Steering Group

The LGBT+ Inclusivity Steering Group supports the achievement of the University's strategic objectives in relation to equality, diversity, and inclusion through driving transformational, structural, and cultural change to improve the representation, development, and experience of LGBT+ staff and students.

The Group is chaired by Robert Kerse, Chief Operating Officer and has representation from the LGBT+ Staff Network, Bristol SU, Professional Services and Academic members of staff. 

The LGBT+ Inclusivity Steering Group has responsibility for the University's Stonewall Workplace Equality Index submissions and the LGBT+ Action Plan.
