BREEAM & SKA-certified construction projects

BREEAM (the Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) is a way of designing and constructing building projects to include sustainability. These sustainability factors include energy and water saving, eco-friendly materials, health and wellbeing, biodiversity and transport. To find out more visit the BRE’s web site.
SKA is a similar system to BREEAM, but focused on smaller projects, and was developed by the RICS (Royal Institute of Building Surveyors). Again is helps designers put sustainability into building projects. To find out more visit the SKA website
