You are planning to deliver and enhance informal learning in a popular public city centre museum space using a context-aware technology that delivers relevant multimedia content and supports discussion amongst museum visitors using their own connected mobile devices, probably mobile phones maybe also handheld computers. The first phase will be pilot with an evaluation, incorporating getting responses and feedback from visitors and analysing usage data from the system, and a review followed by a full implementation.

Ethical issues ranges from legal and regulatory issues to etiquette and attitudes.
