This includes:

• Supporting the development of and innovation in teaching, learning and assessment.
• Overseeing academic quality and enhancement and education policy and regulation.   
• Developing and managing student records and education administration processes.  
• Managing timetabling, exams and graduation activity and processes.
• Developing students’ employability and preparing them for life and work beyond university, in partnership with academic schools and employers.  
• Providing information and advice on aspects of student life including visas, funding, accommodation and finding academic and other support.   
• Providing advice and guidance to enable students to manage their mental health and wellbeing.
• Supporting students to build communities, including in our residences.
