This page provides information regarding the teaching timetable for university teaching staff.
You can find your personalised teaching timetable on the university portal. You can also view timetables for units, programmes, colleagues and students. Once published, personal teaching timetables will also automatically populate your into your outlook calendar.

Staff are expected to check and feedback any required changes for the teaching they are responsible for when the draft teaching timetable is released in the summer. Once the teaching timetable is published changes should only be made or requested if essential.
Staff are expected to be available to teach during university core hours. Constraints on your availability and details of part-time hours should be identified during the staff constraints process in the spring and signed off by your Head of School and HR. Staff should not approach TEOs to meet individual preferences not covered by an agreement with the Head of School.
