The Education Administration Office is responsible for the overall management and technical support for the University's central student records system (SITS) and centralised reporting on student data. This includes the analysis, development and implementation of new student system functionality.

The Examinations Service manage the exam process for the University at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
The Timetabling service is responsible for creating and maintaining all taught programme timetables, for both academic staff and students; and responding to requests for timetable changes.
Web Room Booking (WRB) is an online room requesting tool (linked to the University's, Syllabus Plus, timetabling system) allowing you to submit a room booking request to use the university's centrally bookable teaching rooms for non-teaching activities.

Student Visa Services work together with students and staff to ensure that students are compliant with their Tier 4 student visa conditions as set out by UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI). The team also ensures that the University is compliant with UKVI regulations, ensuring maintenance of our Tier 4 Sponsor Licence and our ability to recruit international students. The team advises on and assesses students' eligibility to apply for permission to come to the UK and for extensions to their student visas.
