Claire Cunniffe is a leader and manager, experienced in organisational strategy development, income generation and change management.  She is passionate about the Patient Voice and making a difference.

She is currently the Chief Executive of CLAPA, the UK charity for people affected by cleft lip and palate.  She has worked for the charity for over 13 years and has been Chief Executive since October 2018.

Claire has over 20 years experience working in the voluntary sector as both an employee and a Trustee.  She has worked and sat on the board of numerous organisations in the arts, environmental and medical research sectors.
