Dr. Barry Main is the Head of School at the Bristol Dental School and a Consultant Senior Lecturer in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Bristol. He has an impressive background, having worked at Bristol since starting as a lecturer in 2012. During his time there, he  has completed the NIHR Integrated Academic Pathway, earned his PhD, and successfully completed both his academic and clinical training. His research interests span various topics relating to medicine and dentistry, including systematic reviews, surgical techniques, and evaluation studies. Recently, he has been involved in projects related to improving oral health for children with cleft conditions
