Ruth Wade is the Research Secretary and job shares the Project Coordinator role for The Cleft Collective Cohort study based at the University of Bristol.

Ruth has a BSc Hons in Sport and Exercise Sciences and a PGCE in Secondary Physical Education, both from the University of Birmingham.

Prior to joining The Cleft Collective, Ruth worked as a Team Leader for an independent rehabilitation company, arranging treatments to help patients return to full health.
