Prof Neville Morley discusses Thucydides on Radio 4's 'In Our Time'

Professor Neville Morley will be appearing on BBC Radio 4's In Our Time, presented by Melvyn Bragg, to talk about Thucydides and his legacy on Thursday 29th January. The discussion, which also features Paul Cartledge (emeritus professor at Cambridge) and Katherine Harloe (Reading; co-editor with Prof Morley of Thucydides and the Modern World), will cover the history of the Peloponnesian War and the writing of Thucydides' history, its intellectual context and its subsequent influence as an authoritative text in historiography, political theory, International Relations and western culture more generally.
