New Borges Reading Group for Postgraduates
17 February 2015
Infinity, time, labyrinths, memory, and the crossing of intellectual boundaries are amongst the most intriguing themes in the oeuvre of Argentinian author Jorge Luis Borges (1899-1986). Under the sponsorship of the Institute of Greece, Rome and the Classical Tradition at the University of Bristol, the Borges Postgraduate Reading Group offers a unique opportunity to discuss some of the most celebrated texts written by the author. We shall read widely from the Fictions and Non-Fictions, as well as from published lectures and interviews. The BPRG will run fortnightly and for five sessions starting on 25th February. If you are a Bristol postgraduate interested in joining the BPRG, please contact the organisers, Dr Laura Jansen (email@example.com) and Mr Richard Cole (firstname.lastname@example.org).
