Chris is working closely alongside one of the leading fire-fighting technology companies, Angus Fire.  In particular, Chris’ work aims to try and understand at a more fundamental level how fire-fighting foams effectively extinguish fires and the chemical and physical process that take place during this time.  By understanding this key information, the extinguishment of flammable liquid fires would not only be potentially hastened but will also allow the use of more effective and benign chemicals than those that currently exist.  

When Chris is not putting out fires, he likes to spend his time playing guitar and keeping fit.
