Engineers contribute to the greatest advances in our society. It is all about inventing, designing and problem solving. Engineering is a perfect career choice - highly rewarding, with excellent prospects, and offering the potential to engage in projects that can change the world. From my experience, women excel in creativity, project planning, motivating the team and providing an alternate approach to problem solving which is crucial in Engineering. We need to inspire school girls to consider engineering as a career.
