Charles Khoury

Charles graduated from the University of Bristol in 2019 with a Meng in Computer Science and Electronics. He then joined the Communication CDT the same year.

"The CDT in Communications allows the students, during the first year, to deepen their knowledge before undergoing a PhD. Moreover, the close ties with industry creates exciting opportunity to work on cutting edge technology."


Konstantinos Lekkas

Konstantinos graduated with a diploma in electrical and computer engineering from the Democritus University of Thrace in 2017. He continued at University College London and was awarded an MSc in wireless and optical communications. He then joined the Centre for Doctoral Training (CDT) in Communications in 2019 as a PhD student.

"The CDT in Communications program is a great opportunity for me to develop my knowledge and research skills in order to succeed in my Ph.D. The laboratories are equipped with cutting - edge technology and the staff that working there are experts. I am truly excited to be a member of the CDT team."


Alexander Pitt

Alex graduated with a first class MEng degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Cardiff University in 2017. His graduate research on his masters programme was around envelope tracking power amplifiers for 5G communication systems.


Emma Valla

Emma graduated from Cambridge University in 2018 with a Master's in Information Engineering (MEng).
