Framework of Behaviours

Our Framework of Behaviours is a guide to show staff what we expect from them around treating each other with respect.

Everyone deserves to be treated with respect. Below shows what acceptable behaviour looks like in Campus Division. It is broken down into seven key themes. Colleagues should:

  • Take ownership of their actions and decisions.

  • Honour their commitments.

Equity

  • Recognise and celebrate people’s differences.
  • Advocate for equal opportunities and treatment for everyone.
  • Value diversity and ensure inclusivity in all interactions.

Safety and wellbeing

  • Prioritise the physical and mental wellbeing of themselves and their colleagues.
  • Build a safety culture together.
  • Encourage a healthy work-life balance.

Professionalism

  • Uphold high standards of work ethics, integrity and honesty.
  • Be punctual for meetings and work assignments.
  • Be courteous to their colleagues.

Engage

  • Foster a culture of teamwork and cooperation.
  • Keep colleagues informed.
  • Support colleagues to collectively achieve Divisional goals.

Communication

  • Communicate constructively, courteously, and professionally.
  • Actively listen and seek to understand before responding.
  • Be open to questions.

Transparency

  • Be open and honest in communication and actions.
  • Trust their colleagues.
  • Share information openly, except where confidentiality is required.
