Spotlight lectures: International development and sustainability

Engineers Without Borders are proud to present to you our spotlight lectures event. Four leading Bristolian researchers in International Development and Sustainability will be presenting their work in the form of four inspirational 15 minute lectures:
- Dr Sam Williamson: "MICROGRIDS: The appropriate solution for rural electrification?"
- Mark Goudswaard: "DEMOCRATISING DESIGN"
-Dr Terence Macquart: "An OVERVIEW of WIND ENERGY and WIND TURBINE DESIGN CHALLENGES"
-Dr Liz Holcombe: "LANDSLIDE RISK REDUCTION in informal communities: the role of engineers"
Food and drinks will be provided after what promises to be an exciting and extremely interesting evening.
