CANCELLED! Reinventing the Internet with light and clouds

The Internet is in the brink of collapse and a community of telecommunication researchers and computer scientists have been working for several years to redesign the network and deliver the Internet of the Future. The High Performance Networks group at the University of Bristol has been in the forefront of the research to reinvent the Internet. Using light communication and distributed computing the group is pioneering a vision which will underpin the anticipated Internet transformation.
