Growing organic vegetables
Eight week theory course aimed to help you produce food organically with Tim Foster.
Tim Foster is a graduated in horticultural science who has been encouraging organic gardening for over 30 years. His book 'Good Earth Gardening' deals with all garden types showing that everyone can successfully apply organic practices wherever they are.
This 8 week evening theory course covers site and soil, planning what to grow, crop rotation, composting, seed sowing, and companion planting to help you produce food organically from propagation to harvest.
8 Classes, 7 pm on Tuesdays, starting on 28 January 2014 until 25 March 2014.

To enrol on a course visit the University online shop and register your details. You will be asked to add registration to your basket, but you will not be charged for registering.

Prior enrolment is essential on all courses. From 2012/13 enrolments for all courses will close 2 days prior to the start of the course.
