A picture of Artist in Residence Neville GabieTo conclude the human geography seminar series for the year, the final event was given by Neville Gabie, Cabot Institute Artist in Residence.

Neville is keen to engage with both physical and human geographers and presented some of his previous work from using kites to film Antarctic ice flows to locating and tracing the materials used in the construction of the Cabot Circus shopping centre.

Further information

Gabie’s interest is in establishing a working relationship within a particular community as a means of considering its physical, cultural or emotional geography.  Previous projects include the Olympic Park London and Cabot Circus.
