Starter Grants for Clinical Lecturers : Round 17 now open for applications

The Academy of Medical Sciences is offering grants of up to £30,000 to cover the cost of research consumables, enabling research-active Clinical Lecturers to gather data to strengthen their bids for longer-term fellowships and funding.

To be eligible to apply you must:
  • Be a research-active Clinical Lecturer (or equivalent eligible post for Veterinary Clinicians)
  • Have a PhD or MD
  • Hold a medical, dental or veterinary undergraduate degree
  • Be within higher specialty training

The Academy of Medical Sciences welcome applications from clinicians in human, dental and veterinary medicine. For more information on eligibility, please see the Academy's Starter Grant webpage

Deadline for applications: 8 March 2017
